EXPLORING MINDFULNESS - SIX WEEK COURSE


Commencing Tuesday evenings -  6.30pm - 7.45pm  from September 20th

Commencing Thursday mornings 9.30pm - 9.30am - 10.45am from September 22nd

This course is suitable for those who wish to explore Mindfulness and for those who already have a practice and who wish to keep it alive and fresh.



MINDFULNESS BASED STRESS REDUCTION PROGRAM (MBSR) -  EIGHT WEEK COURSE WITH A ONE DAY WORKSHOP 

Commencing Wednesday evenings 7.15pm - 9.45pm from September 28th.

This course was developed by Dr Jon Kabat-Zinn and is recommended by doctors and health care professionals all over the world to reduce stress and anxiety.  People from all walks of life attend this program.  Cd's and a course booklet are provided and a daily meditation practice is encouraged.



MINDFULNESS FOR TEACHERS - EIGHT WEEK COURSE WITH A ONE DAY WORKSHOP


This is the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program with the emphasis on teachers.  While tips will be offered to use in the classroom the main intent of this program is for the teachers themselves where we will be

There will be a certificate of attendance offered for the 26 hours of this program.
